This notice is in anticipation of an expected project - details at this stage are necessarily limited due to client confidentiality. It is a challenging and exciting project that will enhance any CV.

 

If the project proceeds, a number of roles will need to be filled to achieve the project’s purpose which is to support end users and their managers adopt a new IT system to be implemented on a nationwide basis.

 

The roles are contract only positions between 6-12 months duration. Individuals should be willing to be deployed to the client organization in Provinces around the Philippines with the likelihood of some limited home-based or office work.  Some roles are Manila based.

 

Will consider a variety of interesting experience from roles described below - similar experience of supporting the implementation of a new IT system from a user perspective will be an advantage.

 

  1. Change Management.  experience from roles such as change management, coaching and mentoring, internal communications, organizational development, business process improvement/analysis or leadership and management development.
  2. Learning and Development.  Experience from roles such as HR manager, learning and development, training delivery, instructional design and materials development or training analytics.
  3. IT Service Support.  Experience from roles such as IT service management, ITIL procedures, IT service desk and transition to business as usual.
  4. Project Management:  experience as a project manager or project analyst, working in a project management office (PMO), project planning, resource assignment, risks and issues management and project status reporting.

As an initial outline, candidates will be expected to be highly motivated self-starters to achieve the highest standard of results, excellent stakeholder management skills, ideally with senior staff and able to cope with a varied and challenging workload.

Senior/ Principal Ecologist
