Administrator

We require an experienced Administrator to help our administration team.  The role is to provide a first rate general administration and reception service at the Southampton office and to work in conjunction with the rest of the admin team in order to deliver the needs of the office. The role will provide support to the wider office but will work closely with the Ecology team on a day to day basis and provide some reception cover. The Ecology team undertake wildlife surveys and hence a keen interest in nature would be a benefit. The duties that are required for this role will include general administration duties including; typing, binding, printing, photocopying, archiving complex formatting of client reports and setting up project files in line with management procedures. In addition we will require equipment to be ordered, assistance with obtaining site access, acting as a health and safety point of contact for all site based staff and arranging travel including booking rail, car hire and air travel and booking accommodation. In addition, there may be occasions where organisation of hospitality for visitors is required including serving teas, coffees, buffet lunches and other catering related activities.

We are looking for a keen, progressive, versatile individual who can adopt a flexible approach to their role to provide support in the office.  An individual who is willing to go the extra mile to ensure work is delivered correctly and accurately and on time which may include occasional overtime outside of normal office hours. you will be working Part time hours of 12.30-17.30.

Geo-environmental Technician

We are looking for a Graduate Geo-Environmental Engineer to join our Geo-environmental team in Nottingham.

The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate that they have a genuine interest in this field and desire to work within the industry.

Role will include:

  • Undertaking intrusive ground investigations, including supervision of sub-contract drilling contractors and excavator drivers; logging and sampling of trial pits and boreholes; undertaking gas and groundwater monitoring of boreholes; field geotechnical testing.
  • Assistance with preparation of reports, including logging software; factual reporting of fieldworks.
  • Contribution to report preparation depending on expertise / experience, including geo-environmental Desk Studies; collation of Validation Reports; preparation of CAD drawings, etc.

Role may suit candidates with, or undertaking, degrees in Geology, Earth Sciences, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering or similar.

Candidate should be prepared to work frequently in the field, with potential for short periods on site elsewhere within the UK to support other offices.

Senior Consultant

The role of the Senior Consultant will be to contribute to the delivery of highways related schemes for a variety of Clients including Government, Local Government and private developer led projects, principally in the Highways section in Leicester but may assist other offices with Highway related work. Project Manager

Somalia Public Finance Management Trainers

The Somalia PFM Training and Education Programme is being managed by a consortium led by WYG International Ltd on behalf of the Federal Government of Somalia and the Puntland Regional government. Working with four Universities - Mogadishu, SIMAD, East Africa and Puntland State University - the programme involves preparing selected government officials for the professional examinations of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) and the International Training Centre of the International Labour Organisation (ITC-ILO). BIM Manager

A key role within Building Services, as MEP BIM Manager you will have two main areas of responsibility, including Implementation and BIM Project Management.
